Dear Filomena @Dolce Flo, just when I think you couldn't possibly improve upon your previous work you outdo yourself once again!!! This is an absolutely amazing set of detailed, realistic and beautifully decorated cookies. I don't know how you do it, but you do!!! I just love the sleeves of the sweater on the girl and how you've added the perfect shading to show the folds of fabric. Incredible my dear! The girl's eyes are captivatingly realistic and so beautiful. I could go on and on but want you to know that this is an amazing show of your artistic mind and skillful decorating!! Love it...I would love for you to teach me how to make a realistic looking person like your girl cookie. Do you have a video? Thank you showing the steps in making the open pages of the book. Your pictures are really helpful . I hope you are well and keeping busy my dear cookie friend ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...

Dear Carol,  @Cookies Fantastique, your comment is very beautiful and I thank you sooo much for your sweet words. I hope to make a tutorial or hold an on line class on this technique, but I' m very busy for my live classes in Italy and I must find the time to do so. Thanks a lot again. Hugs and kisses!!❤❤❤

@@Dolce Flo , Wonderful to create a cookie design on travels to Italy.

Especially like the design, in the Italian Tuscan lady, what type decor tools do you use for the many colors?

In the first three photos, is that a purchased pre-baked square cookie?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you @Annesweets for appreciating my work. I used only colored Royal Icing piped with a sac a poche,  and with the use of brushes I painted with gel colors. In the first photo I used an invention of mine, 'DolceFrolla'(TM), a shortcrust pastry that doesn 't need cooking. It can be shaped like a fondant, but it can be worked with R I and dried in the dryer,  and it can also be piped with noozles for all the details.
