This is my 2nd sculptural flower cookie. Again thanks both Evelin @Evelindecora (sculptural painting on cookie) and Evgenia Evgenia_ermilova for the inspiration.โค๏ธ

Initially baked circle shaped cookie using chocolate cookie dough.

Cookie size= 12cm diameter

First, I applied white and green RI on top of the cookie by using a palette knife.

Medium -: Royal Icing and Fondant.

Types of Flowers-: Orchids, Heliconia, Marigold, Lily and Babyโ€™s breath.

Applied very stiff royal icing by using a palette knife for โ€œOrchids, Heliconia, Marigoldโ€ and โ€œLeavesโ€

Used Fondant for, Lily and babyโ€™s breath. Did not use any molds or cutters, pure handmade.

And I used Juliaโ€™s @Julia M. Usher beautiful dot border to outline this cookie, thanks Julia for the inspiration.โค๏ธ

It was so much fun to make uncommon flowers.

This is another fantastic entry. I love the mix of large and small flowers, and the variations of color in each flower. It really adds to the realism. Your entry really shows that sculptural painting is so perfectly suited to royal icing - and to cookies! So, now that you have tried this technique (twice), do you think you will make more cookies like this?

Thank you so much dear Christine.@Sweet Prodigy โค. It's little time consuming, need more effort and focus but still would like to appy this technique in my future cookies.
