Colorful Easter cookie tartlets

I made these tartlets out of cookie dough. Cut-out flower cookies are baked in a muffin tin, creating the typical tartlet shape.
I baked them for my mom's 85th birthday and so shortly before Easter I consciously decided on this brightly colored variant. Everyday life is gray enough in the world at the moment... The soul is crying out for color!! (at least my!)
