Crochet Bauble

Thank you Julia @Julia M. Usher, Manu @Manu biscotti decorati and Evelin @Evelindecora for a fun challenge.

I baked a contoured cookie and dipped in royal icing. Then I piped. I wish my piped lines were neater. It was a challenge piping around a contoured surface but a great learning experience.

Oh Zeena, decorating a round shape evenly is not easy!! I think you did a great job with Evelin's pattern and the decoration on the curve!! I love it!! @Zeena  ❤️

Kudos for combining the last challenge with this one! And you're so right . . . it's so much harder to piped on a contoured surface, but you did a great job!

This looks beautiful, Zeena. I love how you have piped the design on a 3-D cookie. It's definitely more challenging this way (kudos for the extra challenge) but you really did an excellent job!

Ooohhh Zeena, this ornament is gorgeous! While watching @Evelindecora sharing her piped crochet technique I thought that this could be one more way to cover contoured cookies (@Julia M. Usher showcased 9 ways (yes, 9!) to cover them during her challenge). So I was really hoping to see an entry inspired by both challenges and so I am very happy to see your creation! This means that you have mastered the technique of contouring cookies and you’ve been inspired to apply Evelin’s technique to create this amazing cookie. I would decorate a Christmas tree with many of these beautiful baubles 💙
