Some of the pieces was baked in the mould I won in Practice Bakes Perfect challenge. Thanks again for the awesome goodies and challenges Julia & Christine! You'll be seeing a lot of cookies still as I try out all my new cutters

Dear Rebecca, thank you very much. I made a template and hand cut the gingerbread cookie. I then baked it in two pieces  (back and forth) on a small barrel pan (please see attached photo). I then baked several smaller cookies in moulds and others were cut with piping nozzles and cutters. The rest I filled in with royal icing. I then mixed luster dust with alcohol and painted in carefully by hand.

For extra support I iced a small "ice cream" stick on the back of the front middle and painted it as well, next time I'll bake it in the cookie.

All together this is a 28 piece cookie project.

Hope this satisfies :-)
