Hi, @christine jean, I think this is an issue that's likely unique to you/your device/internet connection. I can see the above image clearly on the site on both my laptop and phone, and no one else has reported viewing issues of this sort. However, if your connection is slow, images can take a longer time to load and may appear with a "?" icon. In these cases, I'd suggest clearing your browser and reloading the site, and/or waiting for a stronger internet connection.

Hello @christine jean, your inquiry has caught my attention because my email viewer by default does not allow remote content for security reasons (which means the embedded links are not followed by default - so I never see the images in the emails themselves without taking specific action to enable the specific remote content).  In your case, you are seeing the header image but not the posted clip so the display of remote content is enabled to some extent in your email viewer program.  Then my attention is taken to the fact that your email is coming from "Mail for Windows" which leads me to ask if are you using a web-based portal to view your email?  May I suggest researching the default settings for your web-based portal account to see if there are constraints that are limiting the inclusion of certain types of remote content in your viewer.  The pop-up that is saying that the image cannot be displayed is coming from your email browsing program (which gives you no clue as to where the problem is).  Next I would suggest searching that email viewing service provider's technical support for "The picture can't be displayed" to see how prevalent a problem it is with other user's (and possibly find a link to a possible resolution).
