These cookies look great! I love the way you have used geometric designs to make your flowers. All of the patterns work so well together.  You are well on your way to becoming a master stringwork artist. The green icing is layered perfectly. How did you figure out the right consistency for your icing?

Thank you, Christine.

This time, I used raw egg white and metal tip as they were recommended instead of albumen powder that I usually use.

While I am piping, if the lines are easily broken or I feel my grip strength is not enough for long lines, I add just a few drops of water to icing.  When the lines are not broken and I could pipe smoothly with less grip strength for long lines, that's right consistency for my icing.

Since I do not use bag for icing usually, at the beginning I really needed grip strength and held my breath for long lines to concentrate on straight lines, I thought it was really heavy muscle training. 😅 But a few drops of water helped.  😊

Oh, Carol 💕 @Cookies Fantastique   Thank you for lovely comment!

Cookies surely make us happier!   The challenges make me notice what I didn't pay attention much and make me interested in colors, techniques, traditions, cultures, arts, food and more.

Not only me but also there are so many who are looking forward to your beautiful cookies, Carol.
