If I told you how many hours this set took to make from start to finish you would not believe me. I made my own colors. Fondant is so much more time consuming then people realize unless you work with it. But I do love the results.

Yes I color my own fondant. It is so much cheaper that way and I can get the shade I like.

It is time consuming!!! But at list you were able to get the color you wanted! I tried too few years ago but I always failed because then the fondant didn't have the consistency I need anymore and the color wasn't the one I wanted! Good job!

Sooo pretty!! The colours are just gorgeous!  My 12 years old daughter told me this is called "yume-kawa" (dreamy cute) colour scheme which is popular among young girls in Japan.

How adorable of her. When I went to color the fondant with a Wilton color set I had gotten in Michael's last year,the colors I chose and what actually came about were totally different. So by adding more offwhite fondant I was able to tone them down and come up with these.

Ah ha if they were pipped I would have done them sooner and entered your wonderful challenge. Everything except the dots are fondant. Believe me it take more time to do fondant roses then RI especially in a humid environment. Without tylose the fondant becomes sticky and very difficult to deal with when making all those tiny embellishments. And I can't pipe such perfect roses either.
