I thought a bit about how to "label" it. Her full title is actually insanely long--"Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith". You'd need a size -10 tip to squeeze that in!

But in Britain, at least in my experience here, she's generally referred to formally as "Her Majesty The Queen", and, more commonly, simply "The Queen".  

She is downright regal!  What a unique and beautiful cookie. The velvet bit in the crown is mind-bogglingly realistic.  Is it piped royal icing to create the dimension, and then painted?  Blows my mind.
