Memorial Day Cookies

In honor of Memorial Day, I made poppy cookies for the food pantry.  The poppies and container are royal icing transfers.  The cookie cutter is once again an animal with its ears cut off.  I made a few extra for a couple of special people - all of which resulted in the making of over 500 poppies!  Hope everyone has a safe and happy Memorial weekend!
