Thanks for the clarification - please be sure to include clip sets, including some technique-based ones, next time. 

Background is airbrushed on mixed coluors. Pink buterfly is hand painted with a brush.

Beautiful - but how were the backgrounds done on the more solidly colored butterflies? You had selected no clip sets (please do so next time), so I could not tell. Airbrushed, painted, wet on wet, other?? Please clarify. Thanks!
