Old St. Nick Icing Transfer

The original post of this artwork was posted last year on Pinterest by “lovealwaysangie”. I asked some gals to help me with a reverse search. No one came up with the artist. Angie answered she doesn’t remember where she found the post. 
In my search I saw that Art Biscotti also did this as a cookie and I wrote to her and asked her if I could use the cookie as inspiration reference since I can’t find the original artist. 
She said “yes of course”.
