Petal Dust Botanicals | Bakerloo Station

All of the colors in this set are petal dusts from a dust palette, applied with a dry paintbrush.  The black RI piping was done after the dusts were applied.

These are lovely, like illustrations in a book. Wonderful use of the long, thin plaques. 

Ive not heard of a petal dust pallet. Where did you find it. Are the dusts compressed like a paint box?

Yes, the dusts are compressed, in what looks like a watercolors palette.  The one I have is from PetalCrafts. com.  I'll try to snap a picture of it.

Dolce Sentire uses the same Petal Crafts palette in her next tutorial, which I hope to post early next week, so people will see it there too. (Actually, they'll see the three different palettes that they carry; she uses all three on her one cookie!).
