Plum Blossom Tree Branch

This is my Plum Blossom Tree Branch. It is part of my ‘Chinese New Year’ collection that I am currently working on. The Plum Blossom is China’s National Flower. The trees are so beautiful.

I dipped my sugar cookie in royal icing; piped the branch (in black so it would stand out more); attached fondant flowers and piped the buds.

Plum blossoms…..of corse…because it is early winter😅 I love them 🌸🌸🌸
