Sadly I ran out of time to do the big one I had in my head - My sister learned and did Macrame, not me (busy sewing aprons!) I am fascinated how many books there are now and what people are making - Knot Just Macrame has some stunning creations. Anyway, out of this challenge I now have a new interest (I just won't be doing hanging baskets!)

Well done Kat! Such a different (& informative) perspective. So neat too! I'm remembering things now from craft lessons I had in Yr7 in primary school. Funny how my macramé hanging basket never made it in the house move my parents had a few years later

Thanks Beat&Bake - I still have not got your name against your note. tsk tsk.. I hated those hanging baskets and spider plants - affronted my sense of something back in my teens! ha ha... not surprised it finally got 'lost'..

Clever idea for the challenge.

A question for purposes of clarifying the tags on the image: how were the images and lettering done? Piped with royal icing, drawn with edible marker, some combo, or something else?

Hi Julia, Yes I will remember that in future for tags Royal icing base with edible pen handwriting. Sadly I didn't have time to pipe the designs as I wanted to. Happy with them though. Cheers, Kat
