I did the snowflakes using waffer paper, I just pop them out from a puncher and then I just put them over the wet blue icing.

Nicely done, but can you explain how the snowflake background was done. From here, it looks like it is stamped fondant, but hard to say? I'm asking out of curiosity but also to clarify your clip sets and tags.
