This is made up of several round shaped cookies of various sizes. The gold board is a 3 inch cookie spray painted in cold. The other layers are stacked cookies (2 cookies). I then piped royal sides with royal icing and stacked to look like a wedding cake. The ranunculus flowers are strips of gum paste rolled into a coil. The carnation is cut with a five petal cutter and folded. I kept the flower making process simple. I put this in a box I bought at a local cake store. Actually it is a candy apple box but cost $1.50. However, I looked online and I could have got it cheaper if I was buying bulk. The price would be between $8 to $10 dollars. In this project I wanted to make an elaborate cookie and think of the costs and labor that went into it. Thank you Christine @Sweet Prodigy and Julia @Julia M. Usher.

Wow, this 3D wedding cake cookie looks fantastic. I like how you kept the flower making process relatively simple yet still managed to make everything look quite elegant. Your "cake" box packaging showcases your cookie perfectly. How many cookies did you use altogether?

Thank you Christine @Sweet Prodigy. In total there are 7 cookies. Each stack has 2 cookies and the large gold cookie.
