Doing monograms in stained glass is a great idea

I love the idea of creating monogramed stained glass cookies - especially in contrasting colors. The different shades of green in your royal icing create a lot of interest and really make it look like each piece of "glass" is allowing the light to shine through at different levels of intensity. Very nice work!

I used stiffer black icing for the outline and tried to create a glossy texture for the glass using three shades of green and a bright red. I took the picture under dull light as bright light is creating a totally different effect.
