These are an example of sugar art at its finest! Definitely in the "too pretty to eat" category!

Yes, I absolutely agree, nobody will eat them! Too much time spent on'em to finish that way

Stunningly beautiful Evelin!!! The brush embroidery rose has so many details to it that it pops from the cookie...remarkable . Such ingenuity. I absolutely love these ♥

Thank you Carol!!! ❤❤❤

Beautiful. I love the darker colours.

Thank you Christine! I also like brush embroidery on black, never tried it before, I love the contrast!

Me too!

Evelin,  This time I read the comments before commenting, and to find that you've never tried brush embroidery before is astounding.  Once is enough for you to master a technique and you have so many literally at you're finger tips.  Bravo

Dear Pip, I have done brush embroidery flowers before, I wrote my comment in a bad way, so sorry for this misunderstanding! I meant I tried this new design for the first time with this technique, usually I do the classic five or more petals flower but never 'painted' a rose

Thank you for liking my cookies!

Beauties, Evelin. And what a gorgeous color combo.  That mauve!!

Dear Barb, your post made me smile because I used for the first time 'Americolor mauve' to color icing for these cookies and wanted to throw it in the garbage! I was sure that mauve was a different shade of pink more similar to lilac than light pink/brown; now that you tell me this is mauve I feel better!
