As you can see a lot of pitting aaarrgg trying new frosting recipes . Wanted a puffier look so I tried corn syrup. Thought it would be a softer bite , it was harder and not as easy to pipe. Back to the drawing board

I know what you mean about trying royal icing and cookie recipes!! This is gorgeous work my dear @Wendy Cubic!! It's hard finding just the right recipe for you. I've been using the same RI recipe for quite some time now. This last batch isn't behaving as well as it usually does. Ugh!! It could be that we're in monsoon weather with more humidity. Or it always could be me...I love your designs as always ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...

Thank you for your kind words and yes I agree humidity may have impacted but I think it’s more my goofing with royal icing recipe. I had read that corn syrup can give a softer bite and shine so I tried it …. The taste was nice but I felt I could have broke a tooth on it LOL and it was pitting as I piped 😢😢
