What is the MAXIMUM number of cookies you make to sell in one week?

I'm trying to get an idea of a feasible maximum amount of orders (number of cookies) I should take on in my busier weeks. I want to fit in as much as I can, but I don't want to take on too much either!

5-8 dozen

8-12 dozen

12+ dozen

N/A - I don't take orders/sell cookies
