I was told that if I use edible paper on my cookies and I put them in a bag, which is what I am going to have to do, that the edible paper will stick to the bag?? Is this true? Any tips at all on using edible paper and having to put them in bags.

Thanks!!!

I haven't ever bagged such cookies, but it seems to me that people do it all the time, and that if the cookies were completely dry before bagging, there wouldn't be much trouble. But waiting for others with more direct experience to advise.

P.S. Welcome to the site! I hope you enjoy it!

Liesbet sounds like a great idea you had no problem with the cornstarch? I don't think it would hurt the cookies and would solve the problem I'm going to give it a try I'd like to know what everyone else thinks about this method of solving the problem of edible paper sticking to the cellophane bags okay cookie connection members I'd love to hear your opinion please and thank you

I put mine in a bag over night and it didn't stick.  I'm not sure about the cornstarch, would it hurt the flavor?

I didn't notice any change in flavour. Sadly no one bought them so didn't get any 'external' comment
