Good morning!
I am making some cookies for a company who sells princess dresses and accessories for little ones, they'll be using them in a photo shoot at the weekend.
I'm a bit in two minds which type of cookie to use, to try and make sure they don't just crumble to nothing in the little one's hands, so it needs to be a sturdier cookie.
I will be baking them a bit longer than usual to make them a bit harder, but I am wondering whether to make vanilla sugar cookies or gingerbread. I would automatically say gingerbread, but my recipe is quite a soft gingerbread and am not sure if that's the way to go. Plus my gingerbread seems to go quite dark when I bake it longer and am not sure they'll look as pretty as I would like them. The vanilla recipe I usually use is LilaLoas with a few tweaks.
I am attaching the cutters I am using - in case that helps.
Any advice, thoughts etc much appreciated as always!
Marie
