Hi, all. I am getting ready to make cookies to celebrate the 95th birthday of a dear friend. I have ordered a portrait cookie stamp of her likeness. (as seen in this link https://tinyurl.com/sw5exk74)
I didn't want to have just the baked sugar cookie with it normal matte finish, but was hoping to use some type of clear glaze that will dry with a shiny finish and then package them in cello bags with a nice topper. Can anyone suggest a recipe for a clear glaze? Or is there a product that I can air brush onto the cookie that will leave a nice shine (and taste good). Thank you for suggestions and guidance.
