Hello cookie artists! I'm working on a project where I'd like to create my own mold. One that I can bake cookies in. I've done some research on brands of DIY mold kits but wanted advice on your tried and tested techniques. What is your prefered brand that works for baking in? Is sulfer intolerance a big issue? How do I know if what I'm molding has sulfer? Thank you for the support and advice.

I’ve used a few different products and they all work (mix) a bit differently. It was a long while ago, so I have no real preference or memory of the brands. Just be sure to choose one that’s food-grade and has relatively high heat resistance - not all do. As for the sulfur issue, I don’t know how you’d test what you’re molding for it, but I’ve never had an interaction effect. I say just try whatever you want to mold and see what happens.
