Hi, all!

Last week I posted some links related to the copying of licensed characters. This week, I'm posting a great (though long) video on the proper use and attribution of images found online. At one time or another, many of us have been frustrated to find our content posted on others' sites without our permission (with or without our watermarks still intact,). Yet, it's easy to fall into the thinking that if an image was found on the Internet, then it's fair game to re-post it. This is actually not the case in most circumstances.

Anyway, this Google Hangout from If I Had a Nickel (featuring an interview with lawyer Sara Hawkins) provides a lot of useful information about photo permissions and proper attribution. Check it out: https://plus.google.com/u/0/ev...hoqj2hp5lr3e1fara0v4

P.S. You may want to speed it up by selecting 1.5x under the gear icon. You'll get the gist a lot faster that way!
