I just ordered tips and my promo code didn't work, so I called the number on the website and Ginny answered...well, she cancelled my order, I reordered and all went well! She even stuck some other things on the page for me to include in the sale price! We had a nice conversation and I feel like I just made a new friend. I will most definitely be ordering more from her, she is so helpful and friendly!

Great to hear! She is super nice. BTW, She's the one organizing the Cookie Cruise in January 2015, so all of us who are going will be lucky to meet her then!
