Hi, all! If you recently received a private message from a "member" called Shandi, there is no need to report the issue to me again. That member has already been deleted and banned from the site for inappropriate outreach. You can also delete the private message from her under your profile, with no threat of her returning! 
I personally review every new member profile when someone joins, and sometimes people look legit (as in this case) when they are not. Usually spam members join during the night when I am asleep, so they have some time to leave messages to members before I see the damage done.
What I recommend when something looks fishy is to do what many of you have done and report it to me. Those reports allow me to locate spam and clean it up more quickly.
In this case I'm getting lots of reports, so I wanted to let you know I took care of it, because I can't respond to each report individually.
