I'll be teaching three one-day master classes just outside of Lisbon on February 22 to 24, and reg is now open! You can find all of the contact info on the poster below, or in the Cookie Connection calendar here.
Hope to see some of you there!

Julia can you explain a little about what the Master classes are? I keep seeing the posts for them and they sound like they would be so exciting. I assume you need to be at a certain cookie decorating skill level to take these classes?

"Master" is probably a bit of a misnomer. I think my hosts have been using it to mean "in-depth" as opposed to "super advanced." The classes are intensive, insofar as they run for a full day or two days, but I fully expect a range of experience levels in the class and will tailor accordingly, depending on the class' experience level. That said, because the classes involve some of my more complicated 3-D projects, I don't think the classes are suitable for complete beginners. I am sure most people coming will have a pretty good working knowledge of the basics - mixing royal icing, flooding, outlining and so on. Does this answer your question?
Yes, thanks for explaining. I wasn't sure how much previous knowledge you need. One of these days I'm going to sign up to take the classes for sure!
