Site Downtime for Software Update - November 10 | Cookie Connection

Hi, everyone! My site tech team, Hoop.la, will be performing a software update on Thursday, November 10, 2016. The update will require up to 10 minutes of downtime for Cookie Connection, sometime between the hours of 10:00 am and 10:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). There will also be a short period (of up to 15 minutes) where the Content Stream, Activity Stream, and Advanced Reporting portions of Cookie Connection will be unavailable. During that time, those sections of the site will report a message indicating that they are currently unavailable and to try back soon.

That all said, Cookie Connection will be available for the vast majority of the maintenance window.

There is no need to report any downtime issues to me during this maintenance period. Thank you!
