Hi, all. Just a heads up: TruColor, LLC, the company that I highlighted a few weeks ago for its up-and-coming all-natural food coloring line, has just re-launched its Kickstarter campaign. Their total funding need has dropped considerably, as they've been able to partner with other companies to lease some of the expensive equipment they were once hoping to purchase.

I had the opportunity to meet Jim Whann, founder of the company, at CookieCon and to see his colors in action. I am also experimenting with them now, and think they hold great promise - especially the metallics. Just take a look at their sheen and intensity below . . . and, yeah, the sheen and intensity are true to real life. No Photoshop gimmickry here!

Please consider contributing to the re-launch of this campaign - and, moreover, to healthier food coloring, especially for our kids. Remember, if they don't reach their funding goal within the allotted time (by April 26), they get none of the money already pledged.

Cheers.

Hi, Alice. If you would like to talk, please send me an email specifying the nature of this call. I would have to schedule a time to talk if the topic can't be handled in some other way (i.e., email), as I am almost completely booked over the next few weeks. Thanks for understanding. sweetlife@juliausher.com
