I decorated a batch of cookies and they have considerable butter bleed: the white looks yellow. I know there is a lot of information on preventing butter bleed, but is there any way to doctor up a cookie after it has happened?

You could cover the blotchy parts with somr flower or the like. Or maybe paint the white icing with white color? Or add a second layer of white icing on top. Or maybe use some sprinkles.

That depends a lot on the respective cookies and what would go best with the design. Based on all your tiny mosaic cookies, I'd probably go for adding white paint
