The answer is easy: to an appropriate forum! 
Please do not post questions to the blog, as they will enter my moderation queue for review and approval, and it may therefore take much longer to get your questions answered. (I do not check the blog moderation queue every day.) Plus, the blog is designed for posting full-form content with text and photos, such as tutorials, interviews, and so forth.

One-off questions and site suggestions will get immediately posted IF posted to the forums, as they do not enter a moderation queue there. The other plus to posting suggestions to the forum is that everyone benefits from seeing my answers. When posing suggestions to the forum, I also recommend that you post them with a poll, so I can better gauge broad member interest in a proposed change. Not every change can be rolled out, as I'm sure you can understand, so my focus will be on those that seem most useful to the majority.
