CK Meringue Powder

Hi, I am having issues since the last couple of days with my royal icing. I always use CK brand and use the same recipe and never had a problem like this. When the icing is mixed, I see beige dots or pieces through out the icing and when I try to pipe, it gets stuck in my tips. They are tiny but never before has this happened. Order for Two Thousand - HELP with Pricing!

Hello!! Hopefully someone will see this and maybe have some advice for me! I recently received a potential order of 2,000 cookies for a large, well known store. Their marketing specialist has contacted me in regards to 2,000 cookies. They will all be round and with a white (maybe black too) base with a gold logo detail. Hi, all! As any site gets big and draws a lot of traffic, it becomes a target for spam, questionable members, and unwanted emails from said members. In fact, since Christmas, the incidence of spam members has increased quite a lot despite our very rigorous spam filters. Color from Icing on Lips and Mouth

Hi there. I have problem. I want to know what you all can suggest. As long as I've been working in this business, I just got a complaint from one of my customers. She sent me a pic (which I attached here) that her kid ate my cookies, and all the icing color got stuck on the lips and tongue. She had to wash twice to clean it. Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

I want to use chocolate chip cookies on a platter as a filler. I’ve never made my own till now. Go figure! I’ve tried recipes and all of them flatten. I’m looking for one that will stay puffed up and not spread too much and have a nice golden top on it. For those of you in the States, I would compare it to a Sam’s Club chocolate chip cookie. Food Coloring for Rubber-Stamping

Hello, everyone, I need some advice regarding what food coloring to use for rubber-stamping. I just started to experiment with clear stamps; they are working fine, but the color I use never seems to dry. Even after one day, they are still smudgy. Until now, I was using gel colors (different brands) with the same result. I also tried liquid colors too, but they did not work well. Should I try airbrush colors? Are they drying quicker? Cleaning the Schmutz Off Isomalt?

(This question is not about cleaning isomalt off of things -- I find that soaking my pan and spoon in hot water and soap takes care of that quickly.) My question is: if you need to clean fingerprints or smudges of royal icing or smears of color off of isomalt, how do you do it? I am dealing with pieces of isomalt that are pretty small and I could not use (even if I had one) a propane torch on them, as I have seen suggested.
