Thanks so much! I really appreciate it I am on Facebook and Instagram (both names are under Compassionate Cake) although I do not do Instagram too much. I can send you my vegan royal icing recipe if you would like. Just let me know your email It is FAR different in consistency than traditional royal icing and can be a bit of a pain to work with. I think I might try out Challenge #2 and have had the wheels turning in my head since it was posted... The gnome shape is the toughest! Thanks so much again, and hope you have a lovely day
