Join Cookie Connection founder and host @Julia M. Usher for her two-day advanced 3-D cookie decorating class in Tokyo, Japan. In this class, students will complete Julia’s popular 3-D baby cradle project as well as one or two other detailed 2-D cookies. About 13 techniques will be covered, including outlining, flooding, distressing, rubber-stamping, dusting, sponging, airbrushing, 2-D royal icing transfers, royal icing roses, modeling chocolate and edible paper embellishments, and more.
