Is it possible to stream these classes or film/record them so that they are available for those of us who cannot afford to travel around the globe but still enjoy learning different techniques?  Thank you.

Hi! I'm not sure who you were asking this question of, but you'd have to ask @Dolce Flo, as she is the one who posted this course and is teaching it. Cookie Connection only offers a place (this calendar) for people to post their courses; we are not an online class streaming service and do not have the resources to develop such a service in the foreseeable future.
