I'll teach you how to figure out how much of each color royal icing you will need to complete an order. Get some graph paper, a calculator and dust off those memories from geometry class.
This formula has never failed me. I use it for every order and every icing color. I've never run out of icing in the middle of an order. I always have a little left over as a cushion. Perfect. I'll show you how!
