During her first two-day class in Hong Kong, students will make Julia’s 3-D teddy bear cradle and teacup and saucer cookie sets, and cover a wealth of cookie decorating techniques along the way!*
* Students will learn: Contouring and embossing cookie dough; outlining and flooding; dipping; distressed wood effect; 2-D and 3-D royal icing transfers; rubber-stamping; fondant appliqué; edible paper trims and appliqué; isomalt; edible cake lace; airbrushing and stenciling; dusting, sponging, and painting (highlighting effects); assorted piped borders; and 3-D assembly techniques.
