During this class, we will make some beautiful cookies that can replace thank you notes, birthday cards, and more with something people will never forget. We will talk about Old World Hungarian gingerbread - called honey bread in Hungary – that has a wonderful taste and stays fresh for months (also can keep forever). We will make royal icing and learn how the different icing consistencies can help to create the perfect cookie. We will then decorate 4 amazing cookies with detailed piping that will express your sentiments fully - and will replace that boring old card. All supplies needed are provided.
