Valentine’s Cookie Class with Tunde Dugantsi

Tired of the same old Valentine’s gifts? Let’s create a special Valentine’s gift as unique as they are! We will talk about Old World Hungarian gingerbread - called honey bread in Hungary – that has a wonderful taste and stays fresh for months (also can keep forever). We will make royal icing, and learn how the different icing consistencies can help to create the perfect cookie. Then we will decorate some beautiful heart cookies with the “wet on wet” technique and create a unique and beautiful candle holder.
