Come take classes from our team of award-winning sugar artists! Mallory Mae of Butterwinks, Sachiko Windbiel of Mimi Cafe Union, and Michelle Boyd of Good Gracious Cakes have joined forces to bring you a suite of sugar art classes in Chicago - October 28-30 at Comfort Inn - O'Hare. Two classes will be offered each day. Friday and Sunday are tandem classes - meaning that you can learn how to create a topper in one class and a cake of the same theme in the second class. Classes can be taken individually, or as a unit. Students attending a full day of classes will be treated to lunch featuring traditional Chicago foods!
