I always put wax paper between my cookies even if I'm just putting them away for the night before icing...and when I freeze them, I put them in freezer bags (in stacks with paper between them) and then into a plastic container (Tupperware type). I get as much air as possible out of the freezer bags. I don't want any frost to form!
