Reply to "Waves in Icing"

I had this happen only one time...it was during winter, the central heat was on, and I moved the cookie rack in range of the vent of the heater...when I came in the following morning, I had a heart attack! It happend to the top three sheets (about 75 cookies - the ones that were closest to the vent -- we're still talking maybe 8 feet away) and the lower sheets had slight rippling and the very bottoms sheets were fine.

 

I assume that they are drying very quickly...I assume that if the air is dryer that might be a possiblity...the RI is drying much quicker than with more humidity.
