Foodsaver Sealer

I was wondering if anyone has used the FoodSaver to seal their individual cookie bags? I have a FoodSaver but only used it a few times long ago before I ever started cookie making. It has a seal only option. I tested on the foodsaver bags and they worked perfectly. I guess I need to buy the polypropylene bags and give it a shot. Does anyone know if Michaels sell the poly bags?
