Hi everyone, I am not sure if this topic is still active or should i post somewhere else
I am just looking for the right airbrush for myself, it will be my first, never used one and I want that to be good. I could not find almost any of the airbrushes listed above, i think it's because the post is really old...
i will be very thankful for any advice on which airbrush will be better for me. I am looking for the lighter and smaller version and so I can purchase it from Amazon.
The post is still live (they all are), and it is best to "reactivate" old posts by posting under them as opposed to starting a new one - so thanks. I still have no system I prefer more than my JULIA one that I no longer sell. The feature set is important - it is dual-action (better control), has a large cup and cap (so no spills and not constantly refilling), runs on a larger compressor (so the spray pattern is less speckled) and has a quick-connect adaptor (to easily swap in guns with different colors). I think the Paasche system has most of these features, though their guns are heavier and harder to handle in that regard. It will be a more expensive system than the single-action ones, however. I have now used most of the smaller single-action systems (Cookie Countess, Creative Cookier, Artfully Designed Creations (ADC), etc.) and they are all still available and good, inexpensive starter systems, but the spray patterns on all tend to be more speckled because their compressors are much lower output. They also have small coloring cups, which I don't much care for. Creative Cookier's has a quick-connect adaptor, and her service is exceptional, so if you go single-action, hers is the way to go.
