Well the people I asked didn't know.   But I when I started with the gluten free diet for my daughter, I must travel to other country to buy the food, now here we can find all.    Well you can use rice flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, cornflour,  arrowflour. You can buy special books with gluten free récipes or you can find free récipes  in internet.   I don't know if in your city or country  you can find a gluten free group of people, this groups help with tips, récipes and places where you can buy the food.
