Reply to "What to use instead of gluten-free flour?"

King Arthur is one of my favorite gluten free flours to bake with as someone with a gluten sensitivity.  Also, I have baked with a combination of a few different flours.   Coconut flour needs another flour in it to hold together (arrowroot, almond).  I tend to use a gluten free flour so when using my regular clsugar cookie recipe all I need to do is substitute out the King Arthur flour.
