Again, watch your tags - this was labelled as a witch and pumpkin, but neither are in this photo. I recommend that you start uploading photos one at a time and applying tags uniquely to each photo. With the mass photo uploads you've been doing, the tags that get assigned in the upload get applied to all photos in the upload whether they relate or not. And unrelated tags are about as useless as not tagging because they will bring up a bunch of unrelated images in searches. Thanks for paying attention to this in the future.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
