How to Make 3-D Embossed Cookie Tiaras

This week, I take my embossed cookie necklaces up a level (literally) by turning them into 3-D tiaras, perfect for your little (or adult) princess! You can make this video project completely from start to finish, or just decorate the pieces and make a party game of letting your guests assemble the rest!
